The Challenge
We are looking for 2 Real Property Agents to join our Buncombe County Right of Way team.
In this role, you will:
Acquire rights of way for highway construction.
Contact property owners regarding right of way to be acquired, explain plans, describe right of way to be acquired, make monetary offers based on appraisal/damages, and explain how appraisal offer amount was determined.
