The DCM will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day service delivery as part of a dynamic leadership team. This position serves as an organizational leader and strategic consultant to the City Manager, acting as a key designer, promoter, motivator, and catalyst for aligning culture and organizational values with a focus on high-quality service delivery in a growing city.
