The Town of Rolesville is a high-performing local government organization that maintains a culture that embraces diversity, strives for equality, and inspires individual and organizational excellence. The Town is governed by a six-member Town Board utilizing the Council/Manager form of government. The Town Council sets the policy and direction and the Town Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization which is made up of approximately 70 full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees across 7 departments.
The Town is currently managing a number of projects related to economic development, downtown revitalization, and expansion of Town facilities. The Town is guided by the strategic goals defined in our strategic plan. Those goals are: Community Connection, Planned Investment, Mindful Growth, and Organizational Excellence.
