What Success Looks Like In This Job Performs a variety of professional, technical, and analytical work in the areas of employee relations, talent development, teambuilding, mediation, performance management and other human resources related areas. The People and Culture Business Partner also coordinates with departments to implement services, policies and programs that will support a high- performance workforce; is responsible for developing collaborative working relationships with internal client groups to deliver human resources value-added solutions; and partners with others at all levels throughout the organization on organizational strategies and programs to support the County mission and vision.
