The City of College Station has an opportunity for an experienced, seasoned benefits, wellness and leave professional to join our dedicated HR team as we serve almost 1,000 employees.
Under general direction of the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Benefits, Wellness & Leave Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, administration, and budgeting for the City’s benefits, wellness and leave programming and initiatives; and supervises assigned HR staff. This is a new role on our team and we need someone with initiative to help us expand our amazing services!
