JOB INTRODUCTION
Clackamas County's Health Centers- Behavioral Health Clinics is looking for a motivated and adaptable bilingual (Spanish/English) mental health and substance abuse therapist to join the Beavercreek Primary Care Clinic in Oregon City. The clinician in this position will provide outpatient treatment to vulnerable individual of all ages, primarily adults, many of whom may have limited resources. Incumbents should thrive in a setting where they will work independently as well as in a team environment. The clinician in this position is required to have current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
As a Mental Health Specialist 2, you will provide a variety of advanced level professional treatment and program services to individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues primarily servicing Medicaid, Medicare, and uninsured populations. You will be expected to participate as an effective member on a Medical team of professionals. Works as a consultant or trainer to staff, other individuals, other agency personnel, interested community groups or staff at institutions; provides mental health and chemical dependency education and training to other staff, outside professionals, family members and the community; may represent the agency on internal or external committees as appropriate; may act as liaison for specific projects or contract services.

QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

JOB INTRODUCTION
Clackamas County's Behavioral Health Division (CCBHD) is seeking an energetic and adaptable mental health professional to join the Behavioral Health Unit (BHU). This position shares after-hours on-call coverage on a rotating basis. The BHU is part of Clackamas County's 24/7 mobile crisis response service and partners closely with local law enforcement agencies. Primary responsibilities for this position include providing field-based risk assessment, crisis intervention, case management, consultation, and referral for a variety of individuals in need. Secondary responsibilities include outreach engagement of clients and families struggling with symptoms of mental illness and substance abuse, and providing back-up and support to other parts of the Crisis Services program, as needed.
Since this is a field-based position, the ideal candidate will have a history of working with individuals in a variety of settings (i.e. field, hospital, office, clinic, E.D., etc.). Other skills and experience we will be looking for include: providing assessment and intervention to people in crisis; incorporating a person-centered, strengths-based recovery approach that include peers and natural systems of support; a positive and collaborative attitude and approach in working with partners, including but not limited to law enforcement; and a belief that every person we serve has the right to define and pursue their own definition of recovery.

JOB INTRODUCTION
Clackamas County's Behavioral Health Division (CCBHD) is seeking an energetic and adaptable mental health professional to join the Behavioral Health Unit (BHU). This position shares after-hours on-call coverage on a rotating basis. The BHU is part of Clackamas County's 24/7 mobile crisis response service and partners closely with local law enforcement agencies. Primary responsibilities for this position include providing field-based risk assessment, crisis intervention, case management, consultation, and referral for a variety of individuals in need. Secondary responsibilities include outreach engagement of clients and families struggling with symptoms of mental illness and substance abuse, and providing back-up and support to other parts of the Crisis Services program, as needed.

JOB INTRODUCTION
The Clackamas County Health Centers Division has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Physician Supervisor. The Clackamas Health Centers Division within the Department of Health, Housing, and Human Services is a Federally Qualified Health Center that offers primary care, dental services, and other behavioral healthcare at multiple primary care, behavioral health, and school-based health centers.
We are looking for a leader committed to the development, training, and coaching of physicians in a collaborative, team environment. The supervisor will provide clinical and administrative leadership for physicians and provide professional diagnostic services and implement medical care plans for clients as well as assist in implementation of quality improvement plans.
The Physician Supervisor provides clinical leadership and mentoring of clinicians at their clinical site in the practice of evidence-based, efficient, and equitable medical care. The Physician Supervisor will also provide direct patient care in accordance with training, experience, and licensure. The Physician Supervisor will serve as an informational resource to Clackamas FQHC patients, staff, trainees, the health council, and county officials. QUALIFICATIONS
Thorough knowledge of: Principles and practices of general, preventive and clinical medicine and pharmacology and drug interactions and how to apply them in selecting and prescribing appropriate therapeutic agents; federal, state and local health statues, rules, regulations and ordinances; medical and nursing care standards; clinical aspects of communicable diseases and disease control measures; causes, treatment, prevention and/or early detection of communicable diseases, chronic diseases, handicapping conditions, mental illness, normal and abnormal physical and psychosocial development in adults and children, and other disabling conditions; migrant farm worker health care and cross-cultural issues; interviewing techniques of the adult, pediatric and adolescent patient and ability to obtain a complete medical history; techniques of supervision; participative management theories; quality improvement tools and principles.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position works 40 hours during a standard workweek of Monday through Friday. There is a 24 hours per week clinical requirement, which is flexible for administration/lead portion of position.

JOB INTRODUCTION
The Clackamas County Health Centers Division has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Physician Supervisor. The Clackamas Health Centers Division within the Department of Health, Housing, and Human Services is a Federally Qualified Health Center that offers primary care, dental services, and other behavioral healthcare at multiple primary care, behavioral health, and school-based health centers.
We are looking for a leader committed to the development, training, and coaching of physicians in a collaborative, team environment. The supervisor will provide clinical and administrative leadership for physicians and provide professional diagnostic services and implement medical care plans for clients as well as assist in implementation of quality improvement plans.
The Physician Supervisor provides clinical leadership and mentoring of clinicians at their clinical site in the practice of evidence-based, efficient, and equitable medical care. The Physician Supervisor will also provide direct patient care in accordance with training, experience, and licensure. The Physician Supervisor will serve as an informational resource to Clackamas FQHC patients, staff, trainees, the health council, and county officials. The Physician Supervisor reports to the Medical Director.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to ongoing evaluation of systems and staff performance with a strong commitment to process improvement and operational performance that meets the highest of standards.
Required Minimum Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:*
Possession of a license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon granted by the Oregon State Board of Medical Examiners
Possession of a current DEA license from the Drug Enforcement Administration to prescribe medications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice medicine
Experience providing primary care in safety net clinic setting
Must possess and maintain a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate

RESPONSIBILITIES
