El Paso Water (EPWater) is a non-profit, municipal public utility providing regional water, wastewater, and stormwater services to a population of approximately 854,000. EPWater is seeking a Utility Chief Financial Officer to provide oversight of revenue and expenditures across its two distinct utilities: Water and Wastewater and Municipal Drainage. A bachelor’s degree and eight years of progressively responsible accounting or financial management experience is required, to include four years in a supervisory role and four years at a municipal or government agency or utility.
