PAY AND BENEFITS
Annual Pay Range: $80,518.41 - $108,700.30
Hourly Pay Range: $38.710776 - $52.259759
Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on a candidate's experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.

JOB DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Clackamas County's Social Services Division is seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to join our team as a Human Services Supervisor for the Rental Assistance Program.
The Human Services Supervisor's key responsibilities are to plan, organize, and supervise the activities and personnel of the Rental Assistance Team. The Human Services Supervisor will also be responsible for hiring and supervising Case Managers and staff members delivering short-term, anti-poverty rental assistance services to Clackamas County residents, and overseeing case management services for the Rental Assistance Program.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong commitment to advancing equity, who will foster an open and productive environment, and demonstrate respect for diverse populations. As a Program Supervisor, this individual will be responsible for maintaining efficient operations of the rental assistance work unit while following and implementing rules and guidelines from program funding sources.
Required Minimum Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:*
• A minimum of six (6) years of experience working with a human service program/project or other relevant experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and skills to perform the duties of this position; at least two (2) years must include experience in a lead, supervisory, or managerial role (civilian or military)
• At least two (2) years of experience working in supportive housing, behavioral health, social services, or a related environment
• At least one (1) year of experience as a Case Manager or similar function with people experiencing homelessness or housing instability
• At least one (1) year in a position where documenting and determining eligibility for services was a significant part of the position
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
• Experience considering the impacts and outcomes of oppression, structural racism, and individual bias for underserved communities during the decision-making process
