Information Technology Director

The City of Sequim is seeking an Information Technology Director to oversee the efficient operation of the City's IT systems, services, and infrastructure, while leading the strategic adoption of emerging technologies.  As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Director will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction, management, and operation of the City's Information Technology Department. This role emphasizes leveraging technological innovations to improve City services, ensuring secure and efficient digital operations, and aligning IT initiatives with the City’s goals. The Director will oversee all IT functions, including network management, data storage and analytics, cybersecurity, AI, software and hardware systems, and business intelligence technology adoption, while championing organizational innovation.
