The Community Development Department is excited to announce the opening of the Code Compliance Inspector position with the City of Beaverton.
In this role, the incumbent will help businesses and residents understand and comply with their responsibilities under Beaverton's Municipal and Development Codes. They will respond to and investigate complaints regarding nuisances, zoning, land use, development, construction, building, erosion, floodplain, and other issues. The incumbent will facilitate compliance when code violations are identified, issue civil infraction citations and prosecute in court, and manage nuisance abatement activities and projects.
This is a non-exempt, SEIU classified position.
