The City of Lenexa Parks and Recreation department is currently accepting applications for a Park Maintenance Worker I in our Turf division.

This position works in the Turf Division, under the direction of the Park Turf Supervisor and assists with the general maintenance of City grounds, including the operation of major equipment. Work is generally under direct supervision and is reviewed by visual inspection.
Additional Examples of work Performed
Minimum: High school diploma or G.E.D.; One year of work experience in ground maintenance or related field; Must have a valid driver’s license.
Desired: Two years of work experience in ground maintenance or related field.
Compensation and Benefits starting rate of pay is $14.61 per hour dependent on qualifications and directly related experience.
