This is a newly created position for the City of Cedar Rapids that will lead the City’s efforts to promote and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization through programs, training, and services. The position will report directly to the City Manager and will work collaboratively with the Human Resources Director and other senior leadership to develop and execute the City’s first comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy.

Hiring range is $80,371.20 – $94.452.80. The full salary range extends to $108,492.80. Cedar Rapids provides an excellent benefit package.
