SALARY:$6,140.58 - $8,227.50 Monthly
The City of Tigard is looking for an energetic team player with a technical background in implementing and managing enterprise wide systems. The successful candidate will have superior communication skills, can learn business operations, and align the proper technology solutions to department needs. They will have the ability to promote large scale changes in business practices, workflows, and feature sets, to create efficiencies through technology, and will work with departments to facilitate that change in a friendly and positive way.
The Enterprise Systems Administrator will be working on an IT team that focuses on ERP level systems. These new systems will work at a Citywide level and will allow for interconnected data and cross-departmental workflows. These systems will increase efficiencies in operations and create data informed decision-making capabilities. This position will be influential in creating change in business practices using technology and will guide decision making and implementation of data systems. From day to day operations, to long range technology planning, this position has it all!

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) 7am-6pm; may include some remote work.
Compensation: The monthly salary range for this position is $6,296-$8,232 per month. The starting pay assignment, based on an analysis of the successful candidate’s related experience and education in accordance with the City’s pay equity policy and the Oregon Equal Pay Act, would be no higher than $7,617.00 per month.
