Hours: Evenings & Weekends availability
Under the general guidance of the Assistant Recreation Center Manager, this position is primarily responsible for the coordination, preparation and supervision of birthday parties and events, as well as monitoring and maintaining the gymnasium space during open gym, activities, and other assigned events.
Additional Examples of Work Performed
Minimum: Must be 16 or older and have previous experience in at least one of the following program areas: childcare, general youth programming, arts and crafts, or sports and athletics; Must have or be able to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED Certification within 60 days of being hired.
Desired: CPR/First Aid/AED certified, one year of customer service experience, and experience with multiple sports and or child watch experience.
Starting rate of pay is $8.50 per hour. Offers of employment are conditional upon successful completion of pre-employment physical and drug screen. Completion of a background check is required, if over the age of 18.
