Clackamas County's Department of Finance is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead our Grants Office as our next Grants Manager.
The Grants Manager ensures that the county complies with all federal, state, and local grant regulations. The incumbent develops, implements, and monitors the county's grant policies and procedures and is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the county's annual Single Audit. The selected candidate will advise on grant issues, monitor budgets, revenues, expenditures, fund balance, and related financial activity to ensure that allocations are accurate, revenues are recorded, expenses are within budget limits, and all fiscal practices are followed for grant funds.
The Grants Manager directly supervises five professional grant accountants. The staff is responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and grant draws, in addition to the review of subrecipient grant agreements and financial monitoring for assigned Departments. The Grants Manager also manages reporting for ARPA and is the primary contact for all FEMA reporting.
