Under general direction of the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Services Manager manages and administers the operational functions of Human Resources, to include but not limited to, managing the City’s benefits and leave programming, department projects, processes and procedures; assists the Director and/or Assistant Director with various administrative functions; performs specialized assignments relating to the overall operation of the Human Resources Department; and supervises assigned HR administrative staff.
