The City of Naperville’s Finance Department is looking for a Part-Time Customer Care Representative to join its multi-tasking customer care team. The Customer Care Representatives provide a high level of customer service to residents over the phone and occasionally in person by answering inquiries and resolving customer concerns related to fees for new and/or existing services with the City.
This part-time position is 25 hours per week; Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. If preferred, once trained, opportunities exist for evening, overnight, and weekend schedules.
The responsibilities include responding to a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 65 calls per day) while maintaining data in the city databases. Duties include:
