The City of College Station has an amazing opportunity for you, the consummate HR data analyst, to join our fantastic and fun HR team as we serve our organization of 950+ in our community of 123,000+!!  

This opportunity provides a great environment for someone who loves to dig into the data that helps us tell our story.  This person, under general supervision of the Compensation & Classification Manager, provides highly complex technical assistance on implementation, support and maintenance of the HR/Payroll System and serves as a technical point-of contact for the HR department.  In addition, this person works closely with other subject matter experts in Information Technology and Payroll to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzes data flows for process improvement and system enhancements; designs, & develops complex reporting from various databases; and provides assistance with a variety of analytical compensation and classification related activities.   This is our GO-TO person for data on our HR team!!

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in HR, BA, Public Administration and 5 years progressive experience in HR, so they'll have a good understanding of why we do what we do.  This person will have HRIS experience, with Tyler Munis experience a BONUS!!  In addition, advanced skills in MS Excel will be essential to analyzing all the data and putting in into formats that work for our purposes.  The ability to work independently, think critically, analyze data effectively and communicate with a wide variety of audiences is also required for success.
