Portland Parks & Recreation’s (PP&R) Property & Business Development (P&BD) team program supports the equitable management of more than 11,670 acres of parkland, including 154 developed parks and more than 200 buildings and structures (community centers, residential, commercial, retail, office, industrial, and other) with the goal of delivering a wide range of parks and recreation services to a diverse array of park users.
This position takes a lead role in lease negotiations, licenses, easements, property research, acquisitions, and dispositions related to real property for Parks & Recreation. With a high degree of autonomy, this position manages and reports out on assigned projects and other related work.
