Under general direction, the Grants Administrator is responsible for identifying and applying for various grants that meet the organization’s needs, and overseeing the grant application process through conclusion. Compiles necessary information for the application process through collaboration with other employees, database research, and other fact-finding actions and meetings. Coordinates and conducts contract initiation, monitoring, or compliance activities, in accordance with the City's contracting policies and procedures. Responsible for performing moderately complex level compliance reviews, which include planning of projects/reviews, organizing, directing, investigating and assessing compliance. Leads compliance team in performing project steps and procedures to establish and maintain contract/grant compliance. Will provide professional assistance to the City’s senior departmental staff for the entire grant process.
