The Computer Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software to City staff in person, on the phone or via e-mail. Serve as first point of contact responding to questions, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and resolving technical problems. Provide basic training to City employees on a variety of City computer systems.
