The City of Bend is currently accepting applications for one (1) regular, full-time Equity & Inclusion Director. This is a non-represented and FLSA exempt (overtime ineligible) position.
The Equity and Inclusion Director provides direct oversight of the City’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) programs and initiatives. They support unified objectives for multiple departments as a centralized function and will be accountable for setting organization-wide goals, priorities, and objectives, including the management of ongoing community engagement strategies. The Equity and Inclusion Director also provides leadership and guidance to the Human Rights and Equity Commission (HREC).
