BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the supervision, coordination and control of the City’s general accounting function. Emphasis is on team building, leadership, internal controls, audit and integrity of the City’s financial reporting. As the Chief Accountant, this position leads in coordinating with the external auditors’ preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), including all combining statements and Notes to the Financial Statements.
