Under general supervision of the Compensation & Classification Manager, the Compensation Analyst performs a variety of highly responsible professional, technical and analytical activities to support the implementation and maintenance of a robust compensation structure that ensures equitable and competitive pay practices, including but not limited to conducting and participating in salary market analysis initiatives, ensuring compliance and accuracy of pay practices, assisting with and conducting job analyses, analyzing organizational structures, assisting departments in the preparation of job descriptions, and maintaining position related data.
