The Senior HR Analyst performs highly complex and varied technical, and professional duties in support of all Human Resources areas including employee relations, labor relations, classification/compensation, workers’ compensation administration, occupational health and safety programs, data analytics, process improvement, employee benefits, training and development, diversity and inclusion, policies and procedures, Human Resources Information Management Systems, recruitment and selection, leave administration, and the administration of various State and Federal mandates. These tasks are illustrative only and may include other related duties.

This assignment will primarily coordinate the citywide safety program; manage the City’s workers’ compensation and early return to work programs; assist departments with safety compliance; manage the City’s driver safety program; and manage the City’s DOT drug-testing program.

Full-time, Non-represented, FLSA-Exempt position,
12-month probationary period

Annual Salary:  $86,922.12 - $116,616.72
