The Senior Civil Engineer oversees all new development projects within the city and ensures that all public improvements are constructed in compliance with applicable city standards. The Senior Civil Engineer will also address Public Works-related engineering and infrastructure-related concerns from residents and businesses within the city and oversee all traffic operations studies performed internally, including stop sign warrant analyses, speed studies, traffic impact studies, and traffic signal coordination timing analyses. This position exercises considerable independent judgment and initiative when managing projects.
